Caring for more than one property? Your second home is 10% off, and three or more homes are 15% off — the same trusted team, across everything you own.
Every membership is a 12-month agreement that auto-renews, so your home never goes unwatched. Each HouseCall runs about 60 minutes, with additional on-site time billed at $99/hr. Multi-family residences may be subject to additional fees.
